Qing Embroidered Butterflies Oblong Scarf

This wool-and-silk scarf features delicate embroidered butterflies, inspired by the ornate details found on a beautiful silk robe from China's Qing dynasty (1644–1911). This robe, currently part of The Met's collection, is adorned with silk butterflies and symbols of longevity. In Chinese culture, butterflies are also associated with weddings, making this scarf a perfect choice for a joyous occasion. Made from 85% wool and 15% silk, it measures 72'' x 22'' and should be dry cleaned for best results.
